We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Waterstore.
If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received

  • Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Our service engineer will visit to inspect the product and confirm eligibility.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will share a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you find that your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away.
We will assess the issue and take prompt action to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Gift cards

These items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item as per our return process.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement product.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified about the approval status.
If approved:

  • A refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
