Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
All confirmed orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST, GMT +05:30) from Monday to Saturday are processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Handling Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 0–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Order processing is done from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Transit Time
Estimated delivery time varies based on the destination within India.

Shipping Charges
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
There are no additional delivery or handling charges applied at checkout.
Delivery Coverage
Currently, Waterstore delivers only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside India will not be processed.
Courier Partners
All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Speed Post.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that Waterstore is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
